Labor at the Hilton Union Square is union and we will not be providing any freight or load dock services. All items you bring should be able to be hand carried or brought in via a small hand cart/wagon/trolley.
Power for as little as a 500 Watt (5 Amps) Outlet - 120 Volt starts out at a minumum of $340. We highly recommend that you bring portable battery chargers for all devices.
Shipping is available through the FedEx at the hotel and should be arranged directly. Hotel shipping tends to be highly expensive so you might consider an offsite shipping center.
Furnishings beyond what you personally bring will not be available. Standard hotel table, linens, chairs can be added should you need more.
Merchant Payment Services will not be available through the organizer. Should you not have a platform to accept credit or debit cards you will need to work on a cash only basis.
Liability Waiver will need to be signed by all merchants with the Hilton Union Square to participate.
